Range Extended

21 January 2012

The Aston Martin range has now been extended, the difference between the DBS and DB9 is going to be filled by the new Virage. Performance shows,

DB9: 470 BHP
Virage: 490 BHP
DBS: 510 BHP

Top Speed

DB9: 186 MPH
Virage: 183 MPH
DBS: 191 MPH

Acceleration (0-60 MPH)

DB9: 4.8 Secs
Virage: 4.6 Secs
DBS: 4.3 Secs

Showing that the Virage fits in perfectly with it’s brothers, it is not as good looking but certainly not ugly.

Being an Aston Martin fan, i am quite fond of the new Virage and it’s Convertible Brother, but much prefer the hardcore DBS, I Love the way it looks and how it is around the same price as a DB9 but is a lot faster and handsome. but if you are rich and are looking for a 4 seater super car, buy a DB9. If you looking for a thrill and a great drive buy the DBS, if your looking for a fast, 4 door and great car to drive buy an Aston Martin Rapide.

So where does this leave the Virage, well if your looking for a non-4 door car, with 4 seats which is reasonably fast, average to drive and very good looking, the Aston Martin Virage is for you.

And if you like to do all of that with no roof, Aston have covered that too.
